The 2024 Winners have been announced!
The 2024 UK Company Culture Awards will be presented at a gala dinner and awards ceremony on Thursday 2 May 2024 at the The Sheraton Grand, Park Lane, London.
The event is the perfect opportunity to network and celebrate your culture and achievements amongst your peers, friends and colleagues – truly an event not to be missed! The awards will begin with a complimentary drinks reception, followed by a three-course dinner, awards presentation and entertainment.

Your Host

Nayha is a Radio and TV presenter from Slough. She is the host of the Official Asian Music Chart on the BBC Asian Network. Nayha also presents on Sky Arts and Colors TV.

Nayha has hosted at many fashion events and for brands. These include London Fashion Week, The Perfume Awards, Rip The Runway and Cultural Style Week. Alongside event hosting for top tier music artists from the mainstream Asian music scene and live events for children’s charity The NSPCC.

Being in front of the camera is something that Nayha has always been used to. Her start in the fashion industry began as a model with work at wedding fairs, catwalks up and down the country. She was also featuring in industry magazines. Entering into beauty pageants being Miss Indian Worldwide top 10 and as a finalist for Miss Asian Beauty Queen, Nayha has first hand experience of credible fashion show productions.

On screen, Nayha has hosted a range of interviews across Sky, Sky Arts and online. These include stylists on Skyline to festival fashion at Wireless, V festival, Reading and at London Fashion Week. Also, interviewing celebrities such as Trevor Nelson and Nihal and independent designers such as Oliver Spencer.
