NEED ADVICE?

If you need further help or advice, please contact the team [email protected] or call +44 (0) 1706 828 855.

HOW SHOULD BUDGET INFORMATION BE PROVIDED?

Judges prefer to see real numbers in relation to budget and results, however percentage figures will be accepted.

We understand that sharing full budget information may not always be feasible due to client confidentiality however we can share a confidentiality document if needed, please email [email protected] for this document.

If you cannot provide exact figures you can use budget brackets for example ‘Up to 20K’ or ‘20K to 50K’ as an alternative. For judges, this approach is preferred to percentage submissions as it helps make a more accurate assessment.

AM I SMALL, MEDIUM OR LARGE CATEGORY ENTRANT?

Large and small is based on the number of overall employees in the agency/company who are submitting the entry, and not the number of employees in the team.

Small: Companies and agencies with up to 25 employees

Medium: Companies and agencies with 26-50 employees

Large: Companies and agencies with 51+ employees

The award categories are separated in this way to ensure that the competition is fair and companies and agencies have an equal chance of succeeding.

Being shortlisted at the Company Culture Awards means being recognised for everyone’s continued efforts to produce brilliant work for our clients without compromising social lives, personal successes, and rest. It means recognising innovation in a world where ‘remote’ or ‘work-from-home’ is often hotly debated and sometimes seen as less productive or even lazy.
