At Bubble Design, we know that our people are the most important part of our business. Which is why you’ll find them front and centre of everything we do.

Culture is something that all of us contribute to, and that’s what makes being shortlisted for the UK Company Culture Awards 2026 extra special. It’s a testament to the team, and the passion, creativity and care they bring every day.

We’re delighted to be considered for the following FOUR awards!

  • Best Culture Transformation Initiative
  • Best Team Culture
  • Best Company to Work for
  • Best Agency to Work for (Medium – Between 26-50 Employees)

A little bit about us…

Bubble Design is a full-service creative agency with more than 26 years of experience under its belt – and a penchant for doing things a little differently. Based in the heart of the country, the Nottinghamshire team is perfectly positioned to provide branding, website development and digital marketing excellence to its 600+ happy clients across the UK.

To be shortlisted for four UK Company Culture Awards is a brilliant achievement for the whole team. We’ve been really intentional in making sure our culture evolves with us as we grow, and it’s been amazing to see our people step up and shape that journey.

Being recognised shows that we’re not just growing, but doing it in the right way, with our people at the heart of every decision.Chris Peacock, Managing Director at Bubble Design.

We’re growing fast (and keeping the bits that make us brilliant)

Over the last 18 months, Bubble has entered an exciting new chapter. We’ve grown from a team of 12 to 30, welcoming fresh talent across every department as demand for our work continues to rise.

As we’ve grown, we’ve made a conscious effort to improve the way we listen to our people. The guiding principle was: our culture must be built by our team, not handed down to them. And so, we opened the door for employees to shape the next era of Bubble.

Culture initiatives shaped by our team

In 2025, we launched our most significant cultural shift to date: Bubble’s Cultural Roles. Through this, our employees volunteer to take ownership of key areas of culture, including health and wellbeing, inclusion and diversity, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and social events.

Across the programme, the wider team suggested more than 50 culture ideas, many of which have already been implemented.

We also continued to provide all of the Bubble perks our team tell us they love – like flexible working, wellbeing support, training and development opportunities, rewards, team socials, volunteering days, fundraising for local charities, and our Future Talent programme that supports local young people into the creative industry. And, not to forget, the return of our ‘Workcation’ where we take the whole team away overnight to keep building strong working relationships.

Thanks to these initiatives, we have the trust and steadiness of a long-running agency, but also the energy you’d expect from a newer creative studio. And it shows in the work and in the numbers: strong retention, better wellbeing, a more connected team, great client feedback (135 5-star reviews and counting!) and steady growth.

The future’s bright for Bubble!

Being shortlisted for four UK Company Culture Awards feels like a real milestone for us. Not just because of the recognition, but because of what it represents: a team that cares. Whatever happens on the night, we’re already incredibly proud. See you in May!
