Our fully remote, 4-day workweek model has redefined how we operate as an agency, prioritising work-life balance, career growth, and wellbeing while maintaining exceptional business performance. 

This commitment to improving our culture has earned us a third consecutive finalist spot, having won in both 2023 and 2024. We continue to innovate and refine our remote working approach, proving that flexibility enhances both employee happiness and business success.

How our remote working policy has shaped our success

As a remote-first agency, our goal is to be THE agency to work for. We continuously refine our approach to ensure employees feel supported, engaged, and empowered in a fully remote setup.

We’ve designed initiatives that address key areas, including mental health, career progression, workplace flexibility, and team productivity, including:

  • Work-life balance & wellbeing: A winter wellbeing initiative, mental health training, WFH desk assessments, and Nomad Working (allowing employees to work abroad for a month).
  • Career growth & fair pay: Fully transparent salaries, clear career pathways, and proactive talent mapping to ensure promotions and salary increases are planned well in advance.
  • Flexibility & collaboration: Hubble co-working memberships and ClickUp-powered workflows to streamline remote collaboration.
