Best Culture Transformation Initiative
Being recognised for this award reflects Tryzens’ ongoing commitment to fostering positive change within the company by empowering the workplace through our Unwritten Ground Rules (UGR) initiative.
The initiative represents a significant milestone in our journey towards continuous improvement and employee satisfaction. To gain a deeper understanding of the workforce’s sentiments and attitudes, we carried out a stock take.
Following this, we conducted personalized one-to-one sessions between designated UGR champs and individual employees. These anonymous interactions created a space for open expression, and we gained valuable insights into how each individual was influenced by certain criteria, both positively and in areas needing attention.
Through this initiative, we aimed to not only address specific pillars but also nurture an environment where every employee’s voice is heard, valued and empowered. It has led to the development of other initiatives aimed at improving employee wellbeing and engagement.
Remote Working Initiative of the Year
Being named a finalist for the Remote Working Initiative of the Year award is a testament to Tryzens’ dedication to employee welfare. Our FlexWork initiative represents an important step towards embracing remote and hybrid work models while preserving our unique company culture.
FlexWork offers a flexible hybrid working policy, empowering employees to choose between working from home or the office. We support employees by providing resources to set up home offices, ensuring that heading to the office is both inclusive and convenient, and provide tools for anonymous feedback, enabling continuous refinement of remote work policies aligned with employee needs.
The impact of our remote working initiative has had a positive effect on our workforce and business performance, with high levels of employee satisfaction, engagement, and autonomy – all of which reinforces our organisational culture.
