We are delighted to have been named finalists in two categories at the UK Company Culture Awards 2026.

Our Operations Manager, Charlotte Honey, has been shortlisted for the Leadership Award, and Launch Studio has also been named a finalist in the Best Team Culture category.

Being recognised in both categories is a proud moment for the team and reflects the work that has gone into strengthening how we operate internally and how we support the clients we partner with across brand, sales and marketing.

Launch Studio was founded in 2017 to provide businesses with a single partner across brand, design and marketing. We work with founders, sales teams and marketing leads to develop brand identities, websites and sales materials that help their businesses present themselves clearly and consistently. We also support the sourcing and production of physical brand materials, including print, merchandise and event collateral, ensuring brand thinking carries through into the practical materials businesses use every day.

As the studio has grown, maintaining clarity across projects and creating an environment where people can do their best work has become increasingly important. Charlotte’s contribution has played an important role in shaping that progress, introducing clearer structure across the studio while supporting a positive and collaborative working environment that helps maintain consistency as the volume and complexity of projects continues to increase.

Celebrating Charlotte’s leadership

Charlotte joined Launch at a point where the studio was growing quickly and needed more structure around how projects were organised and delivered. Starting as our first Account Manager, she brought consistency to client communication and helped create clearer ways of managing projects across the team.

Her impact quickly extended beyond the original scope of the role. She improved how work moves through the business, helping the team understand responsibilities, timelines and how projects connect across the studio. Her progression into Operations Manager reflected the contribution she was already making.

She has strengthened project workflows, improved visibility across timelines and helped the team stay aligned across multiple projects, reducing delays and supporting more consistent delivery for clients.

Charlotte also introduced our Brand Materials service, building a trusted supplier network and putting the structure in place for Launch to manage the sourcing and production of physical branded items internally. Drawing on previous commercial experience, she developed a new revenue stream that has expanded the services we offer while helping ensure brand consistency carries through into printed materials, merchandise and event collateral.

“Charlotte ensures the team always know exactly what they need to be working on and enforces our processes to ensure a smooth, efficient running of the studio. She always makes herself available to support the team on both a personal and professional level as well as consistently showing a true dedication to making Launch a success.”

  • Emily, Design Director

Her leadership combines accountability with genuine support for the team, helping maintain clarity across projects while building strong working relationships internally and with clients.

Building a positive team culture

Alongside Charlotte’s individual nomination, Launch Studio has also been recognised as a finalist in the Best Team Culture category, reflecting the environment the team has built together over time.

Maintaining a positive working environment remains a priority as the studio grows. We aim to create a space where people feel supported in their roles and comfortable contributing ideas and feedback.

Regular team lunches and socials give people the chance to step away from project work, while our annual away day or overnight stay allows the team to spend more meaningful time together. We also run a team-nominated Above and Beyond recognition each quarter to highlight individuals who have made a positive contribution and the chosen team member receives a voucher of their choice. This can be won by through supporting colleagues, contributing ideas or receiving strong client feedback.

Day to day, the atmosphere in the studio plays its part. Spotify Jam themes and shared working energy help create an environment that feels relaxed but focused, while the collaborative nature of the team allows people to support each other and produce stronger work.

As the business has grown, several members of the team have progressed into more senior roles, reflecting both individual development and the structure that supports that progression. Strengthening the team in this way helps maintain consistency across the work we deliver while creating opportunities for people to grow within the studio.

A proud moment for our team

Being shortlisted for both awards is a meaningful moment for everyone at Launch. It reflects the effort that has gone into building a team environment where people feel supported, trusted and able to contribute with confidence, and that’s a credit to the whole team here.

Charlotte’s nomination highlights the impact she’s had on the business. By bringing structure and clarity to client communication, briefing and feedback loops, she has helped ensure the design team are well informed at every stage, setting them up to succeed and giving them the confidence to focus on delivering strong work.

“We are incredibly proud to see both Charlotte and the wider team recognised. The culture at Launch has always been about creating an environment where people feel supported to do their best work, and Charlotte has had a huge impact on shaping that. She has brought clarity and confidence across the studio, which has strengthened both our team and the experience we provide to clients. It is a really special moment for the business.”

We are proud to be recognised alongside other organisations continuing to invest in their teams and the environments they create.
