Skyrise are thrilled to have attended the UK Company Culture Awards for the third year in a row. As an AdTech company, it was wonderful to connect with businesses from various industries who champion workplace culture and their people. The atmosphere was truly uplifting, and we left feeling inspired by the passion and dedication of our peers.

We are especially proud that our very own Sam Sharwin was recognised as the Business Culture Ambassador of the Year. Sam’s tireless efforts have helped to keep our culture vibrant, accessible and authentic.

“I am so humbled and honoured to receive the award for Business Culture Ambassador of the Year. Workplace culture is something I feel passionate about, to me it’s that secret ingredient that binds us together. It’s about making space for our team to connect and engage in open and honest conversations, whilst providing a supportive and psychologically safe environment where everyone can thrive. Ultimately it’s about people feeling like they are valued, included and belong. Thanks to Team Skyrise for believing wholeheartedly in our culture and thank you to the Culture Awards for this amazing accolade.” Sam Sharwin, Culture Lead at Skyrise

“I’m so chuffed Sam won Culture Ambassador of the Year at the Culture Awards, it’s such wonderful recognition for all her hard work. She’s been ahead of the game in terms of rolling out an informative, inclusive and innovative program in our business that’s highly regarded by our peers in the sector. The feedback she gets both externally and internally is always excellent and she works hard to help drive DEI initiatives forward in work and in personal time. We’re lucky to have her and will enjoy seeing her fly the Culture Ambassador flag for the next year and beyond.” Michelle Vint, Co-Founder, Skyrise

“I am thrilled that Sam won Culture Ambassador of the Year. This amazing recognition is a testament to her hard work, dedication, and innovation in her role as Culture Lead at Skyrise. As a company we are committed to fostering an inclusive, dynamic, and engaging workplace culture, and this award reflects Sam’s dedication to creating an environment where everyone feels valued and empowered. We are incredibly proud of this achievement for her and all of the Skyrise team. Thank you to the Culture Awards for this acknowledgment!” Carly Barnard, People Director at Skyrise
