We are over the moon to have been shortlisted for the UK Company Culture Awards 2025 in two prestigious categories: Best Agency to Work For and Best Culture Transformation Initiative. Since 2012, we’ve remained a people-centric business with our strength rooted in our team. This ethos has guided all decision-making throughout our journey. We’ve cultivated a reputation delivering outstanding client service, as well as having an impressive employee retention rate – in fact, Clean Digital’s very first employee remains part of the team a decade later! We’ve grown steadily to a strong team of 17 full-time employees, representing 8 different nationalities, adding a rich cultural vibrancy to our professional output. The transformation to a 100% employee-owned model in 2023 has been a cornerstone of our journey.
