Hello Earth is a B Corp Certified, purpose-led performance marketing agency, with a small team of 18 individuals, who are experts in their fields. Our team consists of experts in Strategy & Leadership, Performance Creative and Digital Performance, providing proficiency and aptitude across digital strategy, paid media, email, SEO and creative. Hello Earth offers a remote-first flexible working environment, with a strong internal focus upon employee health & well-being. We offer a range of benefits to our employees, including:

  • 41 days holiday, inclusive of 1 personal day each month to encourage our employees to rest and preserve their physical and mental health – with no questions asked!
  • Private health insurance, inclusive of dental and vision subsidies, physical and mental well-being appointments, and extended to children of employees.
  • Early Friday finishes, allowing the team to finish at 3pm to fully decompress from work and undertake some self-care activities, before the weekend starts.
  • Fully remote and flexible working to avoid any stressful commutes and allow employees with neurodivergencies to find their own working rhythm in the environment that suits them best, plus regular team days and office days for the more social amongst us!

Over the last 12 months we have focused upon encouraging positive movements throughout our company culture, and hired an additional employee to join our Operations team to deploy our initiatives. We are really proud and excited to have been shortlisted for this award, and are incredibly pleased that our genuine focus on our employees personal and professional growth has been reflected in our entry.

At Hello Earth, we’re committed to using profit for purpose, and look to re-invest this profit into our employees should they choose to opt into our bonus initiative. We are proud to encourage and celebrate experts within their field, ensuring we provide each individual with an environment to flourish. We stand out through our commitment to hire individuals who work seamlessly together, and genuinely enjoy each other’s company. The team works incredibly hard to maintain a happy culture, despite the distance of remote working, we’ve managed to grow an intelligent, caring group of individuals who genuinely support and celebrate one-another.

“I have been at Hello Earth for the last 6 months, and it’s been so refreshing to be part of a genuinely down to earth team. There’s a real open door policy across the business which allows us to work collaboratively and efficiently. Hello Earth really does do good for the people and the planet, and this is demonstrated through the remote-first, flexible working schedule, which has taken enormous pressure off my work and personal life.” Lydia, Project & Operations Manager.

“So many businesses offer ‘wellbeing’ benefits that, when you really dig into them, don’t actually have any real impact on an employee’s emotional, physical or mental wellbeing. These initiatives also lose all value if the foundations of a psychologically safe workplace are not there to support them. I’m so proud that at Hello Earth we strive to create and maintain an environment where everyone feels comfortable to speak up when they are not ok or when they need extra support – this should be the foundation on which all other wellbeing initiatives grow. Add to that access to 41 days a year of paid time off – that’s 16% of the working year available – and you are providing your team with a true opportunity to show up for themselves, like they show up for their teammates,” – Charli, Head of Operations.
