Thanks to our teams excellent work in introducing cutting edge practices to enable the team to hire in and retain the best talent within the industry. We have always put a focus on making sure the talent within the business is not only a right fit for WIRO but also that we are giving back to our talent and giving them an environment they can flourish in.

Although the team is 100% remote,  every week, our team gathers online to discuss both triumphs and challenges, fostering an environment where each member’s opinions are genuinely heard. This collective feedback informs positive changes that enhance daily job satisfaction and overall happiness.

Our commitment to strategic thinking is evident in our annual strategy retreats. Led by our senior team, these sessions allow us to step away from the day-to-day operations and focus on the bigger picture. By aligning ourselves with broader goals, we ensure effective team management and sustained growth.

Most recently WIRO has been in the process of creating a senior leadership team and we believed the best way to do this was to cultivate our internal talent rather than seeking external hires. We have now successfully filled all roles within the senior team and we’re proud to say that 100% of our senior team is female!

One of our team had to say this about us:

Ruth, Lead Designer – “WIRO is an agency with a great culture and vision. Team communication is so strong at WIRO, much better than I ever thought a remote agency could achieve and Tom and Amy have fostered a communication style where kudos and respect is the norm.

Everyone is aligned on creating great work and constantly pushing our offering and it feels like a place where you can do your best work and be happy doing so.”

We’re super excited about being shortlisted for these awards and it’s a testament to the hard work we have put into WIRO and we can’t wait to see what the rest of the year holds for us and beyond!

We are also always open to hearing from the talented community of designers, developers and project managers as we are always looking for great people to join the team as we expand further in 2024. You can follow us on our socials and visit our website to hear more about us wiro.agency
