WeDiscover is a Performance Marketing and Technology agency, differentiating itself by blending marketing industry knowledge with tech expertise in data analysis, coding and more.

Founded in March 2020, doubling in team size over the last year and with further rapid expansion set for the year ahead again, WeDiscover is currently focussed on sustainable growth whilst maintaining an incredible culture and building a diversely talented team of exceptional individuals.

We have always believed that company culture stands as a cornerstone for success, influencing not just happiness, but also innovation, productivity, and even growth.

A paramount focus is placed on fostering a culture that not only supports but also empowers team members to excel. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce being shortlisted for three awards at the UK Company Culture Awards! This recognition is a testament to an ongoing commitment to cultivating a workplace where creativity flourishes, talent is nurtured, and every individual feels valued.

The nominations follow on from WeDiscover recently being announced as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces – in the top 100 of small companies across the country!

Novel approaches to clients’ intricate data challenges have been setting the stage for disruptive growth, and have already generated a number of industry awards, including Best Small PPC Agency of the Year, at the UK Search Awards and most recently, Medium Paid Media Agency of the Year, at the UK Paid Media Awards.

The nominations

Most Innovative Culture

Innovation, creativity and a willingness for testing and experimentation are what drives forward record breaking results for our clients, who value the culture this is built on:

“The WeDiscover team have the technical depth to not only bring a variety of methodologies to the table and execute them, but also grasp the business needs and constraints around creatively adapting solutions that are fit for purpose, whether that be a complicated commercial problem, the need for speed, simplicity or so much more.”

Collecting internal feedback on an ongoing basis is also a powerful tool that helps maintain a culture of transparency, open communication, and continuous improvement. It empowers all team members to have a voice, not only fostering a sense of ownership and engagement, but also allowing for informed decision making around company priorities and projects.

Next Generation Initiative

Our Early Careers Scheme (ECS), is a comprehensive training program aimed at giving new team members the foundation to launch careers in performance marketing. It emphasises long-term growth and development, standing out as a holistic approach to nurturing talent as it not only addresses skill development, but also fosters a culture of continuous learning and growth with its unique blend of intensive training and real-world application.

The second cohort of the scheme began in September 2023, with participants now having completed their initial training and moved on to permanent accounts across a number of teams within the agency.

Hiring is now underway for the third round of the scheme, which will begin in June 2024.

Best Medium Sized Agency to Work For

In the words of co-founder/CEO, Byron Tassoni-Resch:

“A great culture in my opinion is developed by people within an organisation, and I am very lucky to work with some of the absolute best people here at WeDiscover. My ambition is to make WeDiscover a pivotal place for people to do the best work of their careers. Developing a supportive, high-performing culture is 100% part of that vision.”

This nomination serves as a celebration of WeDiscover’s collective achievements in creating a place where individuals feel happy, supported and empowered to be themselves and do incredible work. We’re so excited for the rest of the journey ahead as we grow!
