We’re delighted to announce that Performics’ Capability team is shortlisted for the UK Company Culture Award’s Best Employee Development Programme, thanks to our innovative Strive initiative in partnership with Google!

As a leading performance orchestration agency solution, Performics constantly strives to innovate by developing bespoke products and solutions. Our teams harness the power of machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI) in our tools and practices, ensuring we stay ahead in the ever-evolving digital landscape. By recognising the growth and significance of AI across digital, we continuously work to leverage these capabilities to empower our teams.

Strive is a shining example of our commitment to uncovering innovative and impactful practices that streamline our efficiencies and develop and enrich our team members. By embracing AI opportunities and machine learning capabilities, Strive has proven to drive innovation and growth within Performics, and we’re thrilled with the results. Over the course of our exciting 9-month programme, we produced an AI hackathon featuring thirty active and enthusiastic participants who graduated after the ideation of four new marketing products.

The Strive programme is a groundbreaking approach to employee enablement and development, placing us on the global stage. This remarkable initiative highlights the strength of the partnership between Google and Performics, and we couldn’t be prouder!

It’s a great honour for the Performics Capability team to be shortlisted for the UK Company Culture Awards. This recognition is a testament to our successful collaborations with media partners and our commitment to empowering employees. At Performics, we strive to cultivate industry leaders and shape the future of performance, and we’re proud to have our efforts acknowledged.
